the structure below asphalt concrete and cement concrete is typical in south china, it can be may be adjusted in Other areas in accordance with the local realities
The drainage slope of the general structure should lay in 2 ‰ -5 ‰ with main types of double spur grade , one-way slope(it deponds on the realities)

A、Ground processing requirements
1、After rolling-over of the medium-sized rolling machiner, no significant wheel tracks, no loose surface and waves etc.
2、Compaction density:not less than 93%。
3、Thickness Tolerance:±10%。
4、Tolerance of vertical and horizontal deviation :not more than±15mm。
5、Width shall not be larger than the designed width.

B、Construction requirements of a stable layer of cement powder
1、Compaction density:more than 2,0kgs/kilolitre.
2、Thickness Tolerance:±10%，not larger than ±1cm， space with big tolerance can be  be levelled with cement mortar.
3、Tolerance of vertical and horizontal deviation :±15mm，Slope tolerance: not larger than ±2mm.
4、Width shall not be larger than the designed width.
5、Appearance: flat and solid surface, no sand hole and large standing water.
6、the depth of heavy-duty rolling wheel tracks: not more than 1 cm. (For the base layer, tracks: should be eliminated)
 
C、Asphalt concrete layer construction requirements
1、Asphalt concrete surface should not have obvious large area of oil in case that the excavation, and re-repairments are needed (oil soluble bitumen, and oil will destroy asphalt concrete strength).
2、No obvious uneven asphalt concrete mixing on surface.In case that there is asphalt blocks,repairments are needed.
3、after completion of grounad base construction, place a  10 m X10 m square grid to retest the elevation, and calculate the cross slope,the cross slope tolerance is <3 ‰, flatness tolerances is ≤ 3mm for the 3-meter straightedge.
4、Asphalt layer width is not less than the design width, thickness tolerances: <3mm.
5、Compacted density: of 93% or more,  dry capacity : 2.0 kg / liter or more.
6、Appearance: solid and even surface, no obvious rolling wheel tracks; smooth and crack-free,;no bad side of pushing and shoving, not loose,no oil pack, oil boil, spongy surface and blocking water ,the  seams are smooth.
7、when heavy rain stops, after 40 minute drainage, the depth of standing water is not more than 5mm.

D、Layer of concrete construction requirements.
Conform with the civil construction standard, the basic requirements is identical with the asphalt concrete.

Old courts:

A. Cement concrete base structures：
1.Upwarp parts along joint seams with height of less than 1cm :  
Grinding to the high of not more than 3mm .
2.Partial Settlement : 
Infill cement mortar to the level, the difference with surrounding height below 3mm
3.Cracks :    
Not deal with in case the that the height difference with the surrounding base is not  more than 3mm
4.large unevenness:  
A 5-8cm concrete coverage or self-leveling (indoor) is done based on the existing base, so that  theflatness is
kept within 3mm.    

B. Asphalt base:
1.Partial damage : 
Infill cement mortar or court glue to the level, the difference with surrounding height is below 3mm
2.Partial Settlement:                              
Infill cement mortar to the level, the difference with surrounding height below 3mm
3.large unevenness:                        
 A 8cm concrete coverage or self-leveling (indoor) is done based on the existing base, so that  theflatness is
kept within 3mm.
